Our mission: building bridges that carry the future

We do it personally: although we are excellent at using AI tools, we still value personal contact. And although our processes are digitally based, we want to know which people we are dealing with and what their needs are. That's why our first step is: as digital as necessary, as personal as possible! We love it practical: some topics, whether in IT or leadership, can quickly become theoretical and detailed. That's why we translate the basics and details into practical examples. So that our participants not only come back from our training courses with full heads, but also with practical tools that they can use directly in their day-to-day work. We are professionals: not every expert is a good trainer! When selecting our trainers, we therefore attach great importance to ensuring that they are able to impart their knowledge in such a way that the training is interactive and therefore sustainable for the participants. Through our SOMI trainer onboarding, we make sure that their methodological and didactic skills suit us and the planned training courses.
