Description
This training course provides the necessary expertise to properly assess different types of ladders and steps and to systematically conduct periodic inspections. It covers typical signs of damage, inspection criteria, and the proper documentation of results.

Types of ladders and steps, and their intended use
Structure, design, and safety-related components
Identifying and evaluating typical damage and signs of wear
Performing visual, functional, and condition inspections
Marking, documentation, and inspection intervals
Implementing appropriate measures in case of defects, as well as criteria for scrapping
